You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your country of residence to use our services. Accounts found to be operated by minors will be closed.
3. Account Registration & Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, transaction PIN, and devices secure. You must provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to protect your account.
4. Use of Services
Our services include airtime, data, cable TV, electricity, exam PINs, SMS, SMM, wallet funding, transfers, virtual cards, store orders and P2P trades. You agree to use them only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and network/provider rules.
5. Payments, Wallet & Refunds
All transactions are processed in Nigerian Naira. Wallet credits, debits, bonuses and cashback are governed by the rates shown at checkout. Refunds follow our Refund Policy and are issued to your wallet unless otherwise stated.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not: use the platform for fraud, money laundering or illegal activity; resell services without authorisation; exploit bugs or reverse-engineer the app; or provide false KYC information.

All trademarks, logos, content and software are the property of ADSDATA or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute them without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
We strive for accuracy and reliability but are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for delays caused by networks, providers or events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability is limited to the amount of the affected transaction.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
