Refund Policy

Last updated: 1 August 2026
This policy explains when and how ADSDATA issues refunds for transactions that fail, are delayed, or cannot be completed.

1. General

We are committed to delivering every order successfully. When a transaction cannot be completed, we refund the affected amount promptly in line with this policy.

2. When Refunds Apply

A refund applies when a transaction fails, is not delivered, or is cancelled before processing. Successful transactions that have been delivered to the recipient (airtime, data, cable, electricity token, etc.) are generally not refundable.

3. Wallet Funding

Approved refunds for wallet funding are returned to your ADSDATA wallet. Where a card or gateway reversal is required, it is processed through the original payment method where supported.

4. Failed or Unsuccessful Transactions

If a purchase fails after your wallet has been debited, the amount is automatically reversed to your wallet, usually within minutes. If it does not appear within a reasonable time, contact support with your transaction reference.

5. Partial Delivery

For services that can be partially fulfilled, only the undelivered portion is refunded. Fully delivered orders are not eligible for refund.

6. Processing Time

Wallet refunds are typically instant once approved. Gateway or bank reversals may take longer depending on your bank or payment provider. We will keep you updated on the status.

7. How to Request a Refund

Open the transaction in your history, use the Help & Support section of the platform, or contact our support team with your transaction reference. Provide as much detail as possible so we can resolve it quickly.

8. Contact
